To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

 

3. Products
 

• We make every effort to display our products, including colours and details, as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display.
   

• All products are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is out of stock or unavailable after you place your order, we'll contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

 

4. Orders & Acceptance
 

• Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — your order is only accepted once we confirm dispatch.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund.

 

5. Pricing & Payment
 

• All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

 

• Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase through our website's payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

 

• In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada via Canada Post.
 

• Canada: $9.99 CAD, estimated 1–7 business days after processing

• United States: $14.99 CAD, estimated 5–10 business days after processing

• Free shipping on all orders over $125 CAD (Canada and U.S.)

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund process is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. By purchasing from KLTR, you agree to the terms outlined there.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, designs, product images, and text — is the property of KLTR and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLTR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
 

10. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier delays, extreme weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction, including for U.S.-based customers.
 

12. Other Important Terms
 

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy (hyperlink this), constitute the entire agreement between you and KLTR regarding your use of our website and any purchase made through it, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

 

• No Third-Party Rights. A contract between you and KLTR is between you and us alone. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.

 

• Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under any contract with you to another organization, for example as part of a business sale, merger, or restructuring. We will tell you in writing if this happens, and your rights under the contract will not be affected. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written consent.

 

• Waiver. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or delay in doing so, that will not mean we have waived our rights against you and will not mean you no longer have to comply with those obligations. Any waiver by us of a default by you will only be effective if given in writing, and will not mean we automatically waive any later default.

 

• Severability. Each of the provisions in these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
